Going for the No Stone Unturned achievement in Following Orders is less about rushing ahead than noticing what each room contains. You play a North Korean soldier under Commander Ri Ju-Young, searching a foggy village for a defector. Dialogue drives much of the mission, and one missed cupboard can leave your evidence count short. Even if you're reading up on MW4 Bot Lobbies, this task calls for a different kind of patience: search each room before triggering the next scene.
Clear the First House Before Questioning
Start where Sergeant Ko is keeping the man in the living room. Before questioning him, speak with his wife in the kitchen; she'll then join him. Check the large cupboard with the rice, then the smaller one beside it for the Baekseolgi-Tteok recipe. Read it now, because it gives you the code, 214, for a lockbox. In the bathroom by the entrance, open the wall cabinet for the MP3 player. Then search the closet in the first room on the right. The box holds a note from a friend and heart medicine. Finish this sweep in the second room on the left, where a cabinet contains a Western novel.
Use the Evidence, Then Move Next Door
Return to the living room and use the MP3 player, medicine, and novel during the questioning. Once you've pressed the man enough, choose the dialogue option demanding the defector's location. He points you to the empty house next door. Search as you move through it, but don't spend time looking for extra notes there: a bathroom encounter triggers an attack, and your squad captures the target. Route snapshot: first house, recipe and friend notes plus three named items; second house, no evidence to collect; third house, two notes and the cellar search.
Find the Last Notes in the Third House
Head straight to the bedroom closet for Note From Your Neighbor. In the kitchen, switch off the steaming pot, then look by the window for the spare key. It opens the floor hatch to the cellar. A civilian woman is hiding in the crawl space, so use the calm dialogue options to bring her out safely. Once she's clear, look down through the open hatch and read Note From Mom. That's the fourth note, completing the written-record part of the search. Take a moment here; it's easy to focus on the conversation and forget to check the hatch afterward.
Check Your Evidence Before Leaving
Don't assume the final note is enough. The objective calls for four notes and four seized items, while this route identifies the MP3 player, heart medicine, and Western novel in the first house. Check your evidence total before moving on. If it's short, retrace the rooms and look carefully; the second house has nothing to add. Once every required item and note is recorded, the trophy should trigger and you can finish the mission without another sweep. For a broader look at Bot Lobby MW4, keep that separate from this room-by-room checklist, which focuses on the clues and conversations in Following Orders.
